Mr. Kramchat Wiphanpong (second from left), Chief Executive Officer, along with Mr. Natthapol Lakkhanlawan (left), Chief Financial Officer of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), together with Mr. Tipakorn Saipattana (third from left), Senior Assistant Manager, and Ms. Nalinnarat Thantranan (right), Assistant Manager of Kasikorn Bank, signed a financial support agreement with Rompho Property Public Company Limited (TITLE), a subsidiary of Asset Wise, specializing in real estate development in Phuket, for the development of “The Title Heritage Bang-Tao”, a luxurious new condominium project located in the heart of the Bang Tao lifestyle area, valued at 6 billion baht. This support reflects the company's financial stability and positive image, reinforcing a strong financial partnership between the company and Kasikorn Bank.

The “The Title Heritage Bang-Tao” project consists of 789 units and is situated in a prime location in Bang Tao, opposite PORTO DE PHUKET and BOAT AVENUE, a hub for lifestyle shops and renowned restaurants. The project stands out with its Neo-Classical design reflected in both the architecture and interior decoration, offering over 33 premium amenities. Currently, more than 50% of the units have been booked, and the project has received Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval. Construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
